Working with a variety of NHS Trusts across the UK Associates have supported major Equality, Diversity & Inclusion programmes. This have ranged form culture audits, and leadership programmes through to crafting a range of new policies and procedures.

Designed and delivered a national HR Transformation project over 2 years with a team of 20 HR Generalist Managers. Facilitated over 250 two day workshops for 5,000 delegates and created a comprehensive  800 page HR Policy Manual for 18,000 employees.

Bespoke design and delivery of leadership programmes including Creating a Risk Conscious Culture and Supply Chain / Lean Processing.

Designed and facilitated an series ofemployee awareness workshops for 400 colleagues on the need to create a Customer Centric Culture.
